We work in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across Global IT and the business. You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, part of Enterprise Integrations within Global IT, an organisation of over 290 colleagues worldwide. Our team is committed to creating transparency, fostering collaboration, and driving IT changes that optimise business areas. This spans disciplines such as process optimisation, stakeholder management, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

Your responsibilities
As our new team member, you will bring your expertise in ensuring seamless delivery of integration services that enable our global operations to thrive. You will play a critical role in aligning priorities, resolving challenges, and fostering collaboration across teams to keep our deliveries on track. Your contributions will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle IT Customer Migration Escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer integrations during the M&A. Proactively avoid escalations and foresee issues regarding IT customer migrations.
- Resolve Internal Issues: Oversee and address delivery challenges from/to the organisation during the M&A, ensuring interdepartmental coordination to resolve challenges effectively.
- Coordinate Resolution Efforts: Collaborate with Enterprise Integrations, as well as relevant teams from the business and Global IT, to ensure timely and comprehensive solutions to delivery challenges.
- Refine Escalation Processes: Refine DSV’s escalation framework within Enterprise Integrations and develop tailored processes for the upcoming M&A.
- Analyse Root Causes: Identify patterns in recurring challenges, conduct root-cause analyses, and work with relevant teams to implement preventive solutions.
- Facilitate Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to escalation management and resolution efficiency.

Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping others. With strong interpersonal and technical expertise, you excel under pressure and are motivated by turning challenges into opportunities. You have an exceptional ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences and are known for your ability to resolve challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Your qualifications
- +2 years of experience in a larger IT organisation and demonstrate familiarity with IT Service delivery, IT architecture, design principles, and various technology domains, preferably in the context of IT integrations.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and prioritising multiple escalations and process improvements simultaneously.
- Experience in working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders and steering groups at different organisational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
