We at Quadsat are searching for a driven junior salesperson to strengthen our defense segment and support the global growth of our new product portfolio.
Our game changing UAV-based technology enables customers to maximize network bandwidth potential and reliability. Using advanced RF technology to simulate real-world conditions, Quadsat empowers defense forces to understand and navigate in the electromagnetic environment, enabling users to identify and troubleshoot spectrum issues effectively. Our solutions help make the invisible visible, ensuring reliable communication and operational readiness in unpredictable environments.
We envision that the successful candidate will have been active in the Danish defense within the past 3-5 years and holds a solid understanding of missions and military systems. In this role, you will build up on this experience to aid Quadsat in being at the forefront of innovation by addressing real-time needs of the industry.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be part of our sales & marketing team with a focus on achieving global sales in defence segment. This includes:
- Supporting in understanding and facilitating measurements and products for defense systems, such as ESM, Geolocation, Radar and Satcom.
- Being a core person with cross function to R&D with user input and fine-tuning true market needs into the products with our R&D team
- Being active part as a test person for validating the user functions of our products to be simple and intuitive to use with precision
- Positioning & completing tenders for defence segment with our product portfolio
- Being part of NATO customer events, when needed
- Being part of positioning the company at political events to grow our visibility
- Participating and co-arranging exhibitions with marketing aswell as Quadsat-own hosted customer events for defence
- Helping to ensure our products are ready to be sold to a certain country or organization
- Co-travelling with other sales colleagues when defence opportunities arise or defence partnerships when they are needed
- Joining training sessions for defence customers in our products to maximize user experience
- Being part of develop training material for defence customers
- Working cross-functionally with the Commercial department, the core defense team, and with other engineering functions in our Product Creation department for R&D development and testing.
Knowledge & Skills:
We envision that you are an active person with a global outlook who finds engineering work exciting, and you are keen to assist tune our user experience to optimal scenario.
We imagine you are:
- Experienced with 3-5 years military duty within COMMS, ISR or spectrum dependent branches.
- Capable of obtaining Danish National security clearance to the level “HEMMELIGT”.
- Resilient and persistent in reaching your sales goals.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customers scenarios and committed to delivering meaningful.
- Passionate about innovating and learning new technologies.
- Enthusiastic to travel internationally.
- A collaborative team player.
Travel Demands
- Estimated travel days around 60-70 yearly.
