Service Design and Research Intern

As a Service Design & Research Intern, you will work with a dynamic team of Developers, designer and product managers to map, analyze, and enhance service experiences. You will focus on understanding user needs, identifying pain points, co-creating and testing solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of service blueprints, journey maps, and stakeholder maps to visualize and improve current service processes.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and contextual observations.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to inform design and strategy anchored to our platform strategy for internal developer tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and prototype service concepts.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders and gather input.
- Ensure that service designs are inclusive, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Service Design, Interaction design, Design Research, or a related field.
- Familiarity with service design tools and methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprints, stakeholder analysis).
- Strong research skills, including data collection and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Strong prototyping skills in low and high fidelity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, curious, and empathetic mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience conducting user research in complex or technical environments.
- Knowledge of systems thinking and its application in service design.
- Basic understanding of business strategy and its integration into design processes.
