JACK & JONES PRODUKT has gained significant momentum and is growing rapidly both within the Corporate Wear segment as well as in the “Blanks” for the print-on-demand sector. As a result, we are now setting up the international sales team to make the next leap in our ambitious growth strategy across Europe.
We are looking to grow our team throughout Europe with experienced sales profiles with expert knowledge within this field to take on full responsibility for this area of our business.
THE ‘PRODUKT’ TEAM
PRODUKT is a business model in JACK & JONES. We are a volume driven department, who use the sheer power of BESTSELLER, providing our key account customers with proven winner products and true value for money at competitive prices.
We’re not a traditional collection-driven brand; we work in parallel fields within the textile industry and explore opportunities in other segments. We offer corporate wear, merchandise and blanks - in addition to operating under the sub-brand PRODUKT, delivering SMUs that drive high volume within the FMCG sector. That’s why we consider ourselves craftsmen rather than fashion people.
FREEDOM TO CHALLENGE
As Sales Brand Ambassador, you will hold a prominent position in achieving our ambitious goals. You take on full responsibility for your customers on Corporate Wear & Blanks within PRODUKT’s business. Drawing on your solid experience and deep insights into your field, you kick in doors to new customers as well as contributing with an extensive dealer network. You act on your own as well as in collaboration with the Sales Management in the country and HQ in Denmark. You bring new experience and ideas to the table – pushing limits, challenging and developing our strategy.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of your business area
- Setting up and executing local sales and customer strategies, participate in fairs and roadshows
- Developing and maintaining deep insights of your market and gather product feedback
- Encouraging customers to include JACK & JONES PRODUKT products in their portfolios
- Increasing our presence on digital and social media platforms
- Promoting awareness of JACK & JONES PRODUKT resources and facilitating product training
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to accelerate customer collaborations
- Understand and can act in the intersection between distributors, dealers, print houses and end customers
- Establishing long-term relationships with our direct and in-direct customers
- Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer

The position calls for a strong and experienced sales profile, who is motivated by converting leads into customers, and building up long-term relationships. You are persistent, dedicated and powerful. You have a can-do attitude but are also humble and respectful in your sales approach. Through your professionalism and collaborative methods, you create an environment where your customers feel valued and assured. You always make decisions by tapping into your business understanding and analysis of figures and numbers. You get motivated not only by direct sales but also see potential in the sales triangle as a brand ambassador pushing customers to our distributors.
YOUR PROFILE
Because of the way we operate, it’s important that you are dynamic and outgoing as well as having experience from corporate fashion and/or promo textile brands that aren’t collection driven – it can be from corporate wear, staff clothing, blanks, merchandise etc. Moreover, we would like you to bring:
- Solid experience approaching new customers
- Experience with Private Label and SMU is considered an advantage
- Knowing how to accommodate customer demands and solve challenges
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

TRAVEL: You can expect 3-4 annual trips to Denmark and extensive domestic travelling
