Talent acquisition partner - European Markets

To support our strategy and the development of ALK into a global leader in the allergy field, we are currently looking for a candidate to join the People & Organisation team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a temporary role for 6 months.
While working in this position you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the moment the need arises to the final interview and the decision to make an offer.

The scope of the role is all European markets in which we are currently developing our commercial presence. In this role, you will be employing people in a variety of areas, including those strictly within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle recruitment: manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across multiple European countries.
• Collaboration: work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
• LinkedIn sourcing: conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
• Candidate screening: evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
• Talent pipeline development: build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions through proactive LinkedIn outreach and other sourcing strategies.
• Reporting and metrics: track recruitment metrics and provide updates on the status of hiring processes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of European labour markets and cultural nuances is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
