As our new Treasury Analyst, you will join Group Treasury and be responsible for managing the organization’s financial risks, ensuring efficient cash and liquidity management, and becoming a trusted treasury business partner to the organization.

What we offer
As our new Treasury Analyst, you will become part of a team of three Treasury professionals, responsible for group financial risks, cash and liquidity management and group capital structure and funding. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will have an important role in the day-to-day activities and have the opportunity to work in various areas of Treasury and get involved in key projects.

The Treasury team is currently working out of our headquarters in Struer, Denmark, but you will also have the opportunity to work out of the B&O office in Sofia, Bulgaria

Key responsibilities

• Assessment, mitigation, and reporting of Group financial risk exposure as well as improving processes and tools.
• Managing daily liquidity throughout the banking group including pooling structures and liquidity flows.
• Optimizing capital structure of subsidiaries and other corporate finance related tasks.
• Support on implementation and development of Treasury Management System
• Becoming a trusted business partner to the organization on all aspects related to financials risks.

What you bring
To suit this role, you should possess a strong analytical approach coupled with an understanding of the financial markets, enabling you to support the organization’s goals.

Moreover, you bring:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience, we would be open to hiring someone who has recently graduated.
• A M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Treasury Management System and SAP (ERP) experience would be considered as an asset
• Proficiency in excel and programming knowledge.
• A positive mindset and collaborative abilities.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Struer, Denmark or Sofia, Bulgaria.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Travel: Approx. 5%
