Project planner for international large-scale infrastructure projects
Per Aarsleff A/S
Do you see the value in connecting the dots in all aspects of large projects, and do you want to work with planning from innovation and design to completion?
Then join our international department located at our offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
Working closely with the project management team, you will develop and maintain schedules and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget and time.
Your everyday life and specific tasks
From day one we will introduce you to the organization, project team, processes, software and all the partners. Also, one of your closest colleagues will be your mentor in your daily work.
Your specific tasks will be as follows:
- maintaining and controlling time schedules, performing schedule analyses, and preparing scenarios and reports (we use Microsoft project, Primavera P6 and PBI as planning and reporting tools).
- reporting and communicating progress, performance and forecasts in terms of activities and resources on a regular basis.
- provide an overview of the project activities and gather knowledge across the project, so you comfortably can answer questions from external and internal stakeholders related to dependencies and duration of activities.
- utilizing your professional and personal skills and insights to support management decision-making for the project.
- facilitating regular planning sessions and workshops across the project disciplines.
Are you our new team member?
We imagine that you have worked with planning in the construction industry for a couple of years. Most important is your interest in efficient planning and developing and carrying out large infrastructure projects.
Depending on where you live, it will be possible to work from our office in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
We value constructive collaboration both internally and externally. Your ability to build relationships with partners and colleagues with different nationalities will be critical in the role. The work environment is a top priority which means we also expect you to contribute positively to this.
Since English is the main language on the projects, you should possess professional spoken and written communication skills, enabling you to present and communicate complex matters in a professional and straightforward manner.
