Are you an expert in effective coordination with a natural sense for project management? We are looking for a skilled project coordinator to strengthen our construction project department. Come and be a key player in the delivery of household appliances to larger construction projects, handling complex coordination tasks for our diverse business customers. As our Project Coordinator in B2B, you will be part of our construction project department. You will join a project and back-office team of 9 skilled and passionate specialists within sales to our business customers. Your main task will be coordinating deliveries to our exciting construction projects, from the early stages to project completion.

Since the coordination tasks can often be complex when handling our many business customers, it’s important that you have an eye for detail and focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work closely and engage in daily dialogue with our talented key account managers to ensure great customer experiences throughout Denmark. Our project department continues to gain market share and grow every day. Now we’d like you to join us.

The job involves:

  • Coordination with in-house colleagues, external distributors, and acting as backup for our key account managers.
  • Customer service for our many clients, including answering emails and phone inquiries from customers and internally (pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale tasks).
  • Coordination of appliance deliveries with construction sites and installers.
  • Ordering products through our purchasing department and coordinating with the warehouse.
  • Responsibility for delivering your own project commitments.

What we're looking for:

  • Structured, proactive, and thrive in the role of problem solver.
  • Skilled at coordinating – both for yourself and others.
  • Experienced in coordination tasks, preferably from a related industry.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of your tasks.
  • Comfortable in a sometimes hectic work environment, and you are familiar with systems like Navision and Excel. While prior experience with these systems is not crucial, we expect you to be open to learning them.
  • Dedicated to helping both customers and colleagues.
