Community and Competency Manager for Data Products CoE

Danske Bank is seeking a Community Manager to establish, drive engagement, and collaboration within our community for Data Products CoE. This role involves working closely with business units and IT teams to enhance the understanding and utilization of data products, organizing educational and innovative events, and facilitating training sessions to upskill community members and key stakeholders.

As the Community Manager for Data Products, you will contribute to bridging the gap between technology and business. Your efforts will boost community engagement and collaboration, directly contributing to the bank's strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency and innovation capacity.

You will
As the Community Manager, you will drive engagement with business units and IT teams to promote and expand the usage of data products. You will promote collaboration and interaction within the community and across the bank, enhancing cross-functional communication and teamwork. A key part of your role will be to organize and facilitate seminars, panel discussions, and keynote sessions with industry experts to enrich community knowledge and exposure.

Furthermore, you will

• Plan innovation forums, hackathons, and lab experiments aimed at discovering new value and building a culture of innovation.
• Develop and coordinate training sessions and a curriculum for upskilling community members and key stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate community engagement activities, continuously seeking feedback to improve events and initiatives.
  

We imagine you have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in community management within a tech or financial services setting.
• Solid background in organizing educational and innovation-focused events.
• Organizational and event management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups.
• Ability to promote collaboration and build relationships across distributed teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience in educational program design and implementation.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools and platforms for community management.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages used in Danske Bank locations is beneficial.
