We offer you an exciting global role as Operations Excellence Manager within the L&S Cold Chain Logistics product team. You will be working closely with our Global Head of Operations Excellence to deliver competitive and customer-driven value propositions for food and pharma transported under temperature-control. In this work, our Product Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Cold Chain Logistics operations and ensuring operational excellence which is key to success in the Cold Chain Logistics market.

Here are the key responsibilities you'll undertake:

Product Excellence
- Supports in building and enhancing Product definition.

- Leads the LTA process creation and maintenance.

- Supports the OTC process creation and maintenance.

- Drives cross-product collaboration for solution building.

Platform Foundation
- Leads platform strategy across all CCL Managed-by products.

- Owns and Builds product requirement pipeline.

- Own PRFAQ and OP2 process.

- Focal point for xPO community discussion.

- The focal point of the e2e process & applications.

Strategy Implementation
- Responsible to convert CCL strategy into tactical solutions.

- Support Solution Design and SENG community of/for Cold Chain.

- Support implementation of customers and processes.

- Support areas/regions in creating & implementing solutions.

Performance Management
- Own & Maintain charge codes and processes around charge codes.

- Lead & Establish KPI’s for Value Modelling.

- Coordinate with CX & Delivery teams to deliver on KPIs.

- Support FBP’s on financial performance management.
