Join us in this role where you’ll work as part of our IT Service Delivery Management team, focusing on ensuring high customer satisfaction, stable operations, and continuous improvements by continuously engaging in a close dialogue with our global stakeholders.
Welcome to Enabling Team Service Delivery Management
You’ll be part of a cross-functional global Service Delivery Management team consisting of service delivery managers and service transition managers where you, together with your colleagues, will support our business units and regions with Service Delivery capabilities, ensuring the delivery of products and services are according to the agreement, whilst also increasing the level of operational maturity. Your key task will be to support us in driving the collaboration meeting with representatives from IT delivery teams and supporting the future roadmap and maturation of the ways of working within the team.
You’ll play an important role in:
- maintaining, facilitating, and organizing the collaboration meeting towards delivery teams, and doing stakeholder management
- maintaining and managing information on the SharePoint site
- supporting the facilitation within the Service delivery management team for planning and execution of tasks in PI planning
- getting hands-on experience working with ITIL principles of Service management (supporting Service transition, TRP and SDM task)
- handling administrative and reporting tasks.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are enrolled in a business-related program or similar, in the last year of your bachelor’s or at the beginning of your master’s degree
- speak and write English fluently, enabling you to present to IT key stakeholders in a professional manner
- are self-driven, curious, have good team-building skills and the ability to cooperate within virtual teams
- have strong collaboration skills working with stakeholders at different levels and enjoy a flexible and varied, work environment
- are an experienced user of Office365 and SharePoint (additional advantage to have skills with PowerBI and PowerApps) and have knowledge of Agile ways or working in IT
- are available to work either part-time or full-time.
