Core Responsibilities

Database Management and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resources database.
  • Manually manage and update the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and update detailed analyses and graphs using Excel and Thinkcell.
  • Transition the database to Power BI for enhanced data visualization and reporting.
  • Integrate with other stakeholders who also work with resource data.

SharePoint Development:

  • Design and develop a SharePoint site for strategic resources management and other projects.
  • Create an intuitive and user-friendly SharePoint interface.
  • Manage the PMO SharePoint and connect with other SharePoints used within the PMO.

Design and Communication:

  • Create PowerPoint presentations that simplify communication of processes and important topics.
  • Transform design ideas and processes initially created on paper into clear, concise digital communication for stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity and precision in digital designs.
  • Integrate digital designs into the SharePoint site as needed.

Team Activities and Event Organization:

  • Assist in organizing team activities, including off-site events.
  • Support the planning and execution of team-building activities.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Our three core capabilities include Portfolio Management, where we connect strategic options to clear measures of business value and facilitate effective portfolio decision-making based on solid portfolio analytics. In Change Management, we transform how we work to empower cross-organizational teams to deliver innovation and business value in an unpredictable and dynamic environment. Lastly, in Resource Management, were you would be part of, we enable effective capacity planning and portfolio trade-offs to be made at the right time, by the right people, balancing business value and workload.

Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further for this role, there are no mandatory degree requirements can be BA/BsC/MBA. However, a background in fields related to data analytics, design, or information technology would be beneficial.

We value skills and experience over formal education, so candidates with relevant expertise and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with a spark, who is eager to learn, go the extra mile, and bring enthusiasm to our team. Additionally, you have:

  • Strong design skills or aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Thinkcell, including data analysis, visualization, and graph creation.
  • Basic understanding of database management and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to transform ideas into clear, concise digital communication.
  • Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and bring enthusiasm to the team.
  • Advanced working proficiency in written and spoken English
