About the department

The position
The position is a 12-month temporary position. As process supporter you will together with your colleagues in the support team, have the daily responsibility to address challenges and ensure a stable manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities would include:
• Responsible for the fermentation process
• Handling deviations when processes do not operate as intended
• Writing and executing change requests to implement improvements including validation when required
• Contribute to continuous stable operations and quality
The position requires a great deal of planning and coordination within the department.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we envision that:
• You have M.Sc. or BSc within Biotechnology, chemical engineering or similar.
• You have a technical knowledge of productions systems acquired from industry or education is preferred
• You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them
• Prior experience in a production environment is advantageous but not required. Experience working with skilled workers, remodelling, or in similar fields would also be beneficial.
Familiarity with production processes is considered an asset, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is helpful, though not essential.
