About the role
As an Executive Assistant at Altor, you will be an essential coordinator, communicator, and administrator for your team of Investment professionals. You will join a team of three assistants who prioritize values like professionalism and respect, working together to foster a transparent culture where everyone can thrive and grow. We are looking for someone ready to advance their career and who enjoys a role with a variety of tasks each day. The position is a one year maternity leave cover.

Work tasks

  • Calendar management and coordination to ensure your colleagues’ daily routines run as smoothly and efficiently as possible
  • Handling incoming communication and prioritizing emails to organize and use time effectively
  • Managing travel bookings (domestic and international) and related logistics such as transport and hotels
  • Daily contact with national and international partners, both internal and external
  • Collaborating with other assistants on internal kick-offs, arrangements, and events for the entire company
  • Handling other internal projects and administrative tasks

We are looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible and proactive approach to change.
  • Someone who consistently delivers precise, high-quality results while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
  • Someone open to flexible work hours.
  • Someone with experience in the finance or consulting industry (an advantage, not a requirement).
