Personal Assistant to Head of Group Risk Analytics
(One year maternity cover with possibility of a permanent role at the end of year)

We are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide seamless and timely support to our Head of Group Risk Analytics, covering the position for a year, i.e. while her current PA is on maternity leave. There is a possibility of continuing in a similar role within Danske Bank, contingent upon outstanding performance during the maternity cover period.

About the Role
Coordinate, Plan and Support

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team of Group Risk Analytics, one of six domains of Group Risk Management in Danske Bank, where the focus is data, analytics, models and corporate ratings and financial analysis.

You will coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including proposing agendas, preparing presentations, ensuring material is appropriate and keeping track of – and driving – time sensitive actions with relevant follow-ups. Furthermore, your tasks will include:

• Supporting the management of budgets, tracking costs, and reporting on financial matters.
• Planning and hosting social events for the department.
• Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
• Handling administrative tasks such as calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and ordering office supplies.
• Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion in accordance with Danske Bank’s policies.
