We are looking for an Audio Engineer to join our Audio Technology team. In this role, you will enhance our capabilities in optimizing the audio signal processing and acoustics of future GN headsets.
As an Audio Engineer you will play an important role in implementing our strategic goals to improve the way users of future GN headsets hear their own voice in a conversation and interact with their surroundings. We verify and mature our technology through prototyping and thorough testing under realistic conditions. We work using the SAFe framework, and plan in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Our team is diverse, with members from various nationalities, and we welcome personal and cultural differences. Our daily communication language is English. We encourage a learning culture where we support each other and learn from our mistakes - growing and failing as one team.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Develop, evaluate and improve audio solutions for current and future products with focus on audio signal processing
- Optimize the audio signal processing to make it work well with the acoustic design and environment
- Prototype audio solutions and make objective/subjective tests to confirm performance against requirements
- Support implementation of signal processing in resource constraint chipsets

- You are experienced in programming in Python/Matlab/C
- You have an analytical approach and an interest in Audio
