Job Description
Bring your outstanding coordinator skills to play and help shape our spare department handle all the tasks that they receive, while showing your inclusive and empathetic skills!
Core Responsibilities
- Contact person for other departments regarding new tasks
- Responsible for task descriptions based on input from customers
- Keep structure and overview of ongoing tasks
- Coordinate with ATE production regarding timing and capacity
- Have an extensive overview over all tasks for the department
- Optimize and describe processes
Play your part in our team succeeding
ATE is LEGO's spare department and handles about 51 permanent flex workers. In addition, we have external citizens in internships and internal employees on sick leave. Every year, the department receives approx. 1000 different tasks from the company. It can be construction tasks, sorting, administrative tasks and much more.
Working in the ATE task team is a very meaningful job to me. I feel that I can make a difference for the people working in ATE as well as the various departments that we help out. That we truly make a difference for LEGO and the people working here living up the LEGO people promise.
Do you have what it takes
- Proficient in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Great teammate who can work with particularly vulnerable people and is empathetic and inclusive.
- Structured and can handle many tasks at the same time
- Can understand, use and describe processes
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Efficient user in Microsoft Office.
- Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
- Thrives and contributes best in a team setting
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
