Our People & Culture team is a critical part of the future of our organization, and we are now looking for a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our Reward & Performance Centre of Excellence. This is an opportunity to support our global rewards programs, consolidate data, and improve reward processes within a growing and collaborative environment.
As a Reward Analyst, you will be an essential part of our team, providing insights, assisting with data-related tasks, and contributing to the efficiency of reward processes across the business. You will also work on improving and digitalizing our reward analytics tools, while developing reward and performance dashboards to guide business decisions. This job allows you to guide our rewards strategy in a global context.
Location: Warsaw.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for:
- Data Preparation and Validation: Support the preparation and validation of data for annual reward processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Remuneration Surveys: Submit data for annual remuneration surveys (e.g., Mercer), ensuring timely and accurate participation.
- Data consolidation: Focus on consolidating data to smoothly integrate and transfer information from multiple payroll systems into Workday, improving reporting and analytics.
- Project Support: Provide reward-related data support for ongoing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth completion of reward initiatives.
- Optimization and Digitalization: Assist in the optimization and further digitalization of reward analytics tools to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Dashboard Development: Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of reward and performance dashboards, providing valuable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Remuneration data reporting: gather and validate data on employee and executive compensation in line with reporting requirements for the annual report (incl. CSRD requirements), remuneration report and local reporting frameworks.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics, within a global context.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday) and data management.
- Knowledge of Excel and other analytics tools, with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
- Work well with others in a setting.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
