Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Copenhagen office as part of our recruiting team. You will work closely with our consultants to deliver on our recruiting ambition and to drive our employer branding efforts through social media. You will also be part of a wider Nordic team cross-collaborating on selected projects.
Your impact within our firm
You will help identify, attract and assess candidates for the firm’s consulting path roles.
In this role, you will contribute to our recruiting efforts for relevant sources, focusing on the execution of events including attraction and cultivation. You'll serve as contact and counselor for candidates throughout the attraction, application and interview stages, ensuring all candidates receive individualized attention and interaction through-out the recruiting process. You will collaborate and maintaining relationships with consultants in the office to ensure appropriate representation in our recruiting efforts. You'll contribute to the development of recruiting strategies for relevant sources, develop and manage event/activity budgets as well as analyze and disseminate relevant recruiting related activities and results.
You will also be responsible for our employer branding efforts including our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Here, you will create compelling content - including ideation, writing/editing, image sourcing and producing assets. Finally, you will shape and manage content calendars for key McKinsey social media accounts and you will leverage data and reporting insights to inform content strategy and campaigns.
Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience preferably from a professional services environment
- Experience creating and publishing digital and social content for a leading publisher, corporation, non-profit or academic institution
- Experience using social media publishing reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach; excellent customer service attitude
- Self-driven; ability to drive and lead processes and projects independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills; ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; flexibility to work overtime (when necessary)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Danish
