Product Specialist

About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Product Management team and help develop and shape ChemoMetec's ongoing growth. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a new product, from development through market launch, to ongoing support. This role requires a strategic mindset with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. Drive and motivation are more important to us than specific background and work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and market launch of a products and related services in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and perform product demonstrations at end-user sites and exhibitions.
• Provide technical support for end-users via remote or onsite troubleshooting.
• Support marketing and sales in identifying key customer segments and developing strategies to increase reach and revenue.
• Generate marketing, scientific and product-relevant material for prospective and existing customers.

Ideal Qualifications

• Technical/scientific background in Engineering, Agriculture or Biology.
• Ph.D. or MSc in Biology, Medical Device Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management (preferred).
• Experience in sales and customer support (desirable).
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Practical Information
You will be based at our headquarters in Denmark and can in periods expect to travel globally up to 50% of the time to visit customers and conferences.

You will report to our Vice President of Product and Support.

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
