YOUR TEAM
You will join our Responsible Sourcing Team that manages human rights due diligence, social impact, labour rights, chemical and environmental impacts and improvements across BESTSELLER’s global supply chain. We are responsible for managing risk in the supply chain and products, setting policies and standards, developing the strategic direction and delivering improvements in these areas. Located in our main and regional sourcing offices, our international team works collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders. We prioritize data-driven improvements, ensuring supply chain transparency and social factory performance through effective measurement tools.
THE JOB
As a Social & Labour Coordinator, you will get a central role in coordinating many versatile administrative tasks throughout the supply chain. Your main responsibility will be maintaining and ensuring the quality of assessment reports while supporting the management of our Factory Standards Programme. More specifically, your tasks will involve:
- Maintaining and quality assurance of factory assessments and sustainability data related to our Human Rights Due Diligence and Factory Standards Programme, specifically for Social & Labour data.
- Daily coordinating and collaborating with colleagues in head office and in our regional sourcing offices, regarding factory and supplier data, factory Social & Labour assessments and securing valid data and documentation.
- Supporting our brands with relevant updates on factory data.
- Support on managing requirements on Human Rights Due Diligence and Social & Labour Compliance for Key Accounts, License Holders, and Private Label customers.
- Analytical project-oriented tasks on Labour Rights.
- Collecting and setting up data for reporting and analysis in Excel.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a detail-oriented and structured approach to your tasks, through which you meet deadlines and ensure quality in your work. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with diverse teams and cultures. A service-minded attitude is essential to effectively manage your various interfaces within the organization. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. We highly value the right personality and team fit, so whether you're a graduate or an experienced coordinator, bringing the following will give you an advantage:
- Educational background in one of the following: human rights due diligence, supply chain management, social & labour rights compliance, data management or similar.
- Knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, legislation within Human Rights Due Diligence such as CSDDD and CSRD.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI etc.
- Experience in a supply chain function or similar, working with labour rights or social audits and managing large amounts of data within an international supply chain.
