Staff needed for planting

Are you a graduate in forestry, agriculture, horticulture/nurseries, or have similar experience? Then keep on reading.
We are currently seeking employees for different planting vacancies across Zealand. You can have different educational background or experience that provides the necessary skills for this position, such as graduate in forestry or agriculture.

Location:
The main work area is on the island of Zealand, Denmark.

Work Organization:

• You will be part of a team of three colleagues in a planting team, using a 3-row planting machine.

Job Tasks:

• Knowledge of planting tasks, including the ability to understand planting descriptions, and preferably familiarity with plant species.
• Both deciduous trees and conifers are planted.
• Planting is usually done in mixtures, meaning plants must be placed according to a system we indicate. The system may vary from one reforestation project to another, and work instructions will define this system.
• A map is created showing the entire forest and its subdivisions into different sectors.

Essential Skills:

• It is more important that the person understands how to plant correctly, is motivated to work a full day on a planting machine and can collaborate effectively in a team.
• The person must be open and understand the instructions and explanations we provide for each task.
