As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a vital role in transforming design concepts and collections into visually engaging presentations that showcase the creative vision for product design and inspire key audiences.
As a Junior Graphic Designer in the Creative Projects team, you will bring creative ideas, design concepts and collections to life through visually engaging and impactful presentations that support the creative vision for product. Collaborating with the Creative Project Manager and key stakeholders in Design, you’ll develop visual storytelling, animations, and creative assets for a range of presentations. You’ll navigate multiple overlapping timelines and incorporate creative input and iterative feedback, to deliver high-quality, creative and inspirational presentations on time.
Key responsibilities:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the creative vision by:
- Understanding and translating the creative vision into inspiring digital and animated presentations that align with collection identities and creative goals.
- Delivering a wide range of presentations, including SC&B presentations that set the creative vision for driving future product development and alignment, and Design and PTR Presentations that depict the development and finalization of collections.
- Collaborating with design leaders to visualize ideas, concepts, and collections by creating animations, moodboards, mock-ups, video elements, and other creative assets.
- Incorporating styling inspiration into presentations through mock-ups, creating and photographing physical styling, or assisting on photoshoots.
- Support the Creative Project Manager in creating and integrating conceptual/mood videos and product 3D animations into presentations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including the SVP Creative Directors to incorporate feedback, manage iterative revisions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality presentations.
- Assist with graphic tasks for creative projects that require the creation of presentations or other visual content.
What is needed to succeed:
We’re looking for a creative and organized individual with:
- Strong graphic design skills and experience in presentation design, animations, and visual storytelling, with an understanding of design communication across differing strategic stages.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work related to visual storytelling, including digital and animated presentations.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, arts and culture with an ability to turn recent and relevant insights into compelling graphic ideas and visual storytelling.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to structure and prioritize diverse and shifting tasks effectively, delivering work thoroughly, with precision and meeting deadlines.
- A high level of adaptability in managing multiple projects and overlapping timelines on a daily basis, while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality even under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach to managing and communicating clearly with multiple creative stakeholders, balancing input, direction and feedback and managing iterating revisions on presentations independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (animations), Adobe Creative Suite, and openness to learning tools like 3D rendering and animating.
- Experience in photo and video editing.

Travel required: 1-2 short business trips yearly
