Tell me about the role.
As a Legal Counsel at Zensai, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, directly contributing to the growth and success of our global organization. Reporting to our General Counsel, who brings over a decade of experience from top-tier law firms, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of legal matters while helping us navigate complex challenges and opportunities.

The Legal team at Zensai is involved in all major business transactions and ensures that legal risks are identified and managed appropriately. You’ll be drafting, negotiating, and finalizing key legal documents, offering practical advice to senior management and other colleagues, and ensuring our activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

A day in the life of a Legal Counsel
Your day often begins with a touch-base meeting with the General Counsel & VP. Together, you’ll review progress on ongoing projects, prioritize tasks, and address any challenges that may arise.

From there, your workday might include:

• Drafting and negotiating IT contracts, commercial agreements, and compliance documents.

• Providing legal guidance to internal teams across our global business on matters such as GDPR and IT law.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape business initiatives and ensure alignment with our goals.

• Advising stakeholders on contractual claims, disputes, and other ad-hoc queries, always with a practical and solution-oriented approach.

Throughout the day, you’ll engage with team members via Teams and work collaboratively to address challenges, brainstorm solutions, and push projects forward.

Where is the job based?
This position is based in either Copenhagen or Aarhus.

What type of person succeeds in this role?

While prior experience isn’t required, it’s a plus if you:
