Location:
The main work area is on the island of Zealand and Lolland, Denmark.
Qualification:
- Graduate in forestry studies or equivalent experience that provides the necessary competencies for this position.
Additional Courses:
Depending on educational level, additional courses may be required for competencies, safety, and insurance:
- Certificate for using spraying equipment
- Certificate for using a chainsaw
- Course in cutting large deciduous trees
- Other similar courses
Work Tasks:
Examples:
- Cutting trees with a chainsaw for a cost-conscious owner.
- Planting trees with a shovel for a budget-conscious owner.
- Cleaning up after cutting in parks or along roads for an owner who prioritizes aesthetics.
- Cutting branches along tourist paths for a public client, where visitor safety is more important than cost.
- Maintaining planted areas with a grass trimmer or spraying for a meticulous owner.
- Collaborating with machinery, where clear agreements are crucial for safety.
Work Organization:
- You will be part of a team of 8 forestry workers, divided into two geographic groups – north and south. You will collaborate with colleagues from both groups.
- You will report to a head forester but will carry out tasks for 7-8 different foresters.
- In the region, we have a team of approximately 20 employees.

- Salary paid every two weeks.
- Work and vacation can be planned with a flexible schedule, such as 4/1 or 8/2.
- Additional vacation pay of 12.5% + SH (payment for Sundays and holidays).
