Your position
As our Management Assistant, you will be supporting the Senior Director and the entire Manpower & Resources Department with a wide variety of tasks. Our Manpower & Resources department consists of app. 40 colleagues who are responsible for managing our onshore and offshore personnel regarding recruitment, planning, travel, certifications, etc.
Your tasks & responsibilities
An essential part of the job will be supporting the team internally with general administrative support such as meeting planning, travel booking, and calendar administration as well as minutes of meetings.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Systematisation and optimisation work across the organisation
- Preparing reports, presentations and internal communication
- Planning, coordinating, and managing team events
- Participation in internal improvement projects
- Coordination of onboarding and internal training
- Day-to-day administrative tasks
Your qualifications & skills
Your background is not essential to us, as there are many ways of entry to this position, and we value experience with the above-mentioned tasks from an international organisation.
What we do value most of all though, is that you are proactive and enthusiastic about your work, and that you enjoy supporting the people around you.
You are passionate about creating efficient solutions with your innovative mindset and are comfortable with questioning the status quo.
Furthermore, you enjoy having a large degree of influence on your own work. You are structured, and you have a systematic way of approaching your work.
To succeed in this position, we would also like you to have:
- Great communication skills in written and verbal Danish and English
- A flair for IT as well as being highly experienced with MS Office
- Experience with optimising procedures, standards, and processes
- Experience with management of small internal projects
- Experience with working in an international company
