We are looking for talented and motivated graduates with an educational background in software engineering to join our Tech Talent Program.
The Tech Talent Program is a two-year program, starting in September 2025, where you will receive tailored training together with other graduates. You will be working on one to three different projects at a time and playing a crucial role in implementing business critical IT systems to our clients. You will be part of a collaborate community of leaders and peers who are ready to mentor, coach and encourage you to be your best.
What can you expect from working as a graduate Consultant in Accenture?
Ongoing training and tailored learning from day 1
You will be an integral part of our projects where we implement complex technology for our international clients, transforming their business. You’ll work on complex technological problems, applying the latest technology in Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Digital, Industry X, Enterprise platforms and Intelligent automation. Our client portfolio includes some of the biggest companies in Denmark across the financial sector, public sector, product industries, health industry, and resource industry.
Flexibility in shaping your own career path
During your graduate period, you’ll go through an intense learning process – with a buddy and people lead helping you figure out exactly how to develop your career. Are you leaning towards being a specialist, or a generalist? Do you see yourself staying in Denmark, or transferring abroad? The sky is the limit.
Agile working environment
Consulting comes with flexibility and adapting to the needs. Therefore, your place of working may change, depending on the project and the client you’ll be working with. For some projects you may be expected to work from the client’s site four days a week, while for other projects you will have the opportunity to work either remotely from your home, or from Accenture office located in Copenhagen.
What you’ll be working on:
Depending on your skills and growth focus areas, your primary tasks may include:
- Understanding, designing, and developing large IT solutions – focusing on technical coding or architecture.
- Working side by side with our clients, to understand their needs and create tailored solutions.
- Testing advanced technology systems.
- Configuring standard solutions and building custom interfaces between systems.
- Analyzing and presenting complex data to the business and stakeholders.
- Working closely together with the colleagues in our delivery centers around the world, throughout an implementation project.

Qualifications
What are the qualifications you should have?
We are looking for passioned developers, who have a good understanding of data structures and want to learn more about software architecture and data modeling. You should be familiar and eager to work with the following technologies and practices:
- Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Python, C#, .NET, SQL / PLSQL, MySQL.
- Development using TDD, Clean Code, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles.
- Vagrant, Docker, Chef, Stomach, Git, Puppet and Jenkins.
- HTML5, CSS3, REST, React.js, Angular.js, responsive design, and more.
Our Tech Talent Program is for graduates, so it is a requirement that you receive your master’s degree in engineering, computer science or another discipline related to IT no later than August 2025. Additionally, you need to be fluent in English and preferably Danish.

Recruitment process:
The recruitment process consists of three interview rounds. Based on screening, selected candidates will be invited to our TTP Information & Speed Interview event on the March 18, 2025, in the afternoon, at our office located in Carlsberg Byen.
Selected candidates from the speed interviews will be invited for further interviews in the next 2-3 weeks following the event.
