We are currently working hard to align and develop the facility Services and establish a solid foundation for global CAPEX planning and reporting. To succeed, we are looking for a strong profile to help us keep track of the finances for both Facility Service, Europe and global CAPEX management.

Welcome to Facility Services Europe…
You will report to head of Facility Services, Europe and work partly as cost controller within Facility Services, and partly with annual CAPEX financial planning and reporting in the department, Global Capex Portfolio Management.

Facility Services, Europe is based in Denmark with the responsibility to align and develop the future Facility Service Model for all our facilities in Europe. Main areas are Canteens, general services, building maintenance and projects.

Global Capex Portfolio Management is also based in Denmark and is broadly responsible for global capex planning, execution, an. The team consists of Portfolio Managers as well as project managers.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Being responsible for financial planning and controlling within Facility Management, Europe as well as within Capex PPM globally. Your focus areas will be budgets, controlling, analytics, CAPEX/OPEX and stakeholder management.

Your primary task will be:

• Act as main point of contact between Finance and facility service lines, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on budget and financial priorities.
• Monitor and analyze budget reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to ensure financial performance is on track with goals.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, collaborating with service lines to ensure accuracy with department goals.
• Identify budget variances and report them to Business Finance, including analysis and suggestions for resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with facility service lines, supporting in managing service line budgets effectively and ensuring financial accountability
• Design and manage financial planning process within global Capex Financial planning (budget, consolidation, reporting, depreciations, accruals etc.)
• Together with Finance, design and implement best practice capex controlling
• Establish analytical practices within the global capex portfolio

To succeed you must:
Hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in finance. You must be fluent in both Danish and English and demonstrate strong proficiency as an SAP user.

We will appreciate if you have relevant experience from a similar role and are ready to take up a broader responsibility.
