Key Account Coordinator - Stockholm (Temporary position covering parental leave)

Are you a structured and result oriented team player? And do you want to work with market-leading beauty brands? Then you may be the Key Account Coordinator, we are looking for.
We are looking for a KAM Coordinator to support a group of Key Account Managers and retailers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different colleges/customers at the same time. Experience of marketing campaigns and understanding of excellent customer service is very important. The position is a temporary position covering parental leave.
Are you up for the task?
As KAM Coordinator you are well experienced and are expected to take full and strong responsibility for support and daily work in the field between the sales team and customers. You are able to administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our customer relationships.
You are the contact person for the customer in the daily business and you are responsible for the coordination and implementation together with the Key Account Managers.
The tasks you will perform to be successful are:
- Coordinate information about product data/price lists send-outs/change in delivery information
and similar topics to the retailers - Support the KAM’s in their daily work dealing with our key accounts
- Work close with supply and demand to keep the department updated with significant information linked to campaigns and orders
- Develop a good relationship internally and externally
- You deliver accuracy and quality in your tasks and keeping deadlines
What we expect from you in order to succeed in one of these jobs:
- You have a relevant background in similar positions
- Know-how with beauty brands or FMCG is preferred
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- You are detail oriented, flexible and analytical
- Ability to prioritize and run own tasks
- You are fluent in English and one other Nordic language
- You are a superuser of Microsoft office - especially Excel
