About the role
As an Account Manager, you’ll hold the commercial responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients within the SME segments. Your primary focus will be driving client growth, ensuring high renewal rates, and minimizing churn in line with set targets for Client Success Nordics. You’ll act as the strategic partner to your clients, tailoring Benify’s offerings to their unique needs and maximizing the value they gain from our products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with various client stakeholders will be at the core of your work, alongside ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed client expectations through strategic account planning.
You will for instance
- Actively promote new features and identify business opportunities that align with client needs.
- Develop client and commercial plans to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high results.
- Present relevant statistics to clients, offering actionable insights to help them succeed.
- Work on increasing client engagement by driving login and order rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial cooperation matters.
- Act as the voice of the client within Benify, advocating for their needs across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of Account Managers in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg.
Who we are looking for 🔎
To succeed as Account Manager, you posses strong relationship-building skills and excel at fostering trust and naturally act as a strategic partner to your clients. You are customer-oriented and passionate about delivering value, with a result-oriented mindset and drive to exceeding goals. Lastly, you are highly organized and able to manage multiple clients effectively to drive success.
We also see that you have
- Proven track record in B2B Sales, where you have worked with the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing new clients.
- Experience of managing an existing portfolio, doing up-selling and renewals, while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth, is considered a big bonus!
- Fluent language skills in Danish and English, written and spoken. Professional language skills in Swedish is a bonus.
- Solid CRM-expertise in Salesforce or similar, including tracking performance, logging client interactions, and effective portfolio management.
- Strong presentation skills and experience of leading client meetings, presenting to various stakeholders, and showcasing features to employees within client organizations.

Practical information
- Start: As soon as we find our match, preferably in March or April.
- Extent: Full-time, 100%.
- Location: Copenhagen or Malmö (If Malmö, you are expected to work from the Copenhagen office a couple of times per month)
