At Arla Foods Ingredients, you will be part of our Global QEHS department, supporting the Strategic Business Unit: Specialized Nutrition (SBU SN).

About the job
As our new Commercial Business Partner, you will join our Business Quality Management (BQM) team of 7 colleagues. We bridge the gap between business (sales and commercial operations) and quality (product and process standards), ensuring alignment to achieve success while maintaining high-quality standards. Together, you will contribute to developing tomorrow’s standards, ensuring AFI retains its position as a global leader in the whey ingredients business. You will be responsible for identifying quality opportunities and adapting AFI capabilities to meet customer requirements.

This means that you:

• Act as the quality representative in SBU SN, staying informed on current quality challenges in this segment.
• Support sales development managers during customer meetings, both in-person and online.
• Ensure ongoing business alignment with quality priorities through close dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collect relevant information and feedback from commercial stakeholders and customers to identify trends and generate ideas for the future development of Global QEHS.

Who are you?
You are a proactive and collaborative professional with strong communication skills and a natural flair for the commercial side of the business. You thrive at navigating quality challenges, building effective relationships with stakeholders, and meeting customers to discuss quality topics. With excellent analytical abilities, you understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the quality department, driving initiatives that align business goals with quality priorities.

With a quality mind-set, you have gained valuable experience in the ingredients industry. Your proven expertise in project management and great stakeholder management skills set you apart. Holding a master’s degree in human nutrition, biomedicine, molecular biology, dairy technology, or a related field, you showcase your academic proficiency. You are willing to travel 10–20 days per year with colleagues to visit customers. Moreover, you are fluent in both spoken and written English.
