We are looking for a Digital Partner Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of Pandora’s digital partner platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring product data accuracy, inventory availability, and seamless platform integration to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure Operational Excellence and Drive Performance
As part of the Global Digital & E-Commerce team, you will oversee and improve operational workflows across digital partner platforms. Your expertise in managing product catalogues, fulfilment coordination, and data integrity will contribute to Pandora’s continued success in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Pandora’s digital partner platforms, ensuring accuracy in product listings, pricing, and assortment.
- Maintain smooth operational workflows, managing product catalogues and ensuring high-quality imagery and descriptions align with brand standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to inventory management, order processing, and data feeds in collaboration with internal teams and integrators.
- Collaborate with fulfilment and supply chain teams to monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and maximize sales potential.
- Ensure compliance with fulfilment guidelines, packaging, and branding standards for a consistent customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics such as sell-through rates, fulfilment speed, and order accuracy to drive process improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for digital partners on operational queries, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to Pandora’s standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational processes, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you must be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong technical understanding of e-commerce operations and platform integrations. You are highly structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within digital marketplaces or multi-brand platforms.
- Familiarity with integrator tools such as Rithum, Tradebyte, or similar platforms for data exchange and integration.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in PIM, and OMS (e.g., Inriver or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive operational insights.
