Finnish Supply Chain Specialist for L’Oréal

On behalf of our client, L’Oréal, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join L’Oréal’s Operations department in Havneholmen as soon as possible. You will be employed by StudentConsulting in a temporary position for the remainder of 2025, with the possibility of extension or direct employment at L’Oréal for the right candidate.
Your Role:
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Finnish market. Your responsibilities include coordinating all activities from order collection to customer invoicing while ensuring smooth communication both externally and internally.Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Proactively managing customer relationships
• Processing orders and invoices
• Handling customer claims and credit notes
• Managing internal and external communication regarding customer-specific issues
• Preparing customer-specific reports and performing other relevant tasks
• Facilitating structured communication and collaboration within logistics, sales, and other internal stakeholders

• You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize tasks efficiently, keeping deadlines and service standards in mind
• You have a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, especially the order-to-cash process

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are IT-savvy; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
• You are fluent in Finnish and English; proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage but not required

Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Location: Copenhagen
Salary: Fixed basic salary + pension + discretionary benefits
