At JYSK, we are driving our Unified Commerce strategy, which includes a new Point of Sale (POS) system for over 3,500 stores and centralised data solutions for orders, payments, and customers. SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) plays a vital role in this transformation. You will be part of the team that is shaping the future of our omnichannel solutions—helping us integrate new tools and platforms that support our retail business globally.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will join a customised IT Graduate Program lasting 24 months, where you will gain in-depth technical skills to support and develop SAP CAR solutions. You will rotate across various departments to build strong relationships and gain a holistic understanding of JYSK’s business processes, systems, and strategy.

You will primarily work in an agile scrum team (Store Transactions Management). This team is responsible for processing and managing POS data from over 3,500 stores—transforming this critical data to support everything from real-time article availability to sales reporting.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

• Transforming user stories related to transactional data management into actionable solutions in SAP in close collaboration with developers, super users and business owners.
• Managing the daily operation, including error handling and root cause analysis in SAP CAR, where we handle all POS data from JYSK’s 3,500+ stores.
• Guiding and supporting super users with system configuration and new functionality.
• Contributing to the development of JYSK’s future retail infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and architectural integrity.
• Documenting solution designs and functional specifications for new features and improvements.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has completed or is about to complete a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a similar field.
• Has a strong interest in IT and is eager to learn new systems.
• Finds it easy to learn and master new systems.
• Can work independently, while collaborating well within a team.
• Has business awareness and an interest in transactional data flows.
• Is ambitious and a fast learner, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Previous experience working with any SAP system is an advantage, but not a requirement.
