As an Signaling Nordics Installation Method Industrialization and Digitalization manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing all site industrial and method changes, in close cooperation with the Project Industrialisation Engineer, the installation engineering and installation activities, the Industrialization and logistics activities, and ensure integration on field and installation of the complete system.
You will have accountability at a project level, from performance points of view, in compliance with signaling and security strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Support definition / implementation of industrialization process in closed link with installation Engineering / Supply chain
- Define workload needed to cover industrial need for all OB projects (Sweden / DK and Norway).
- Improve Industrialisation and installation method to reduce number of hours subcontractor on site for ENIO / DK and Swedish Onboard projects
- Reduce number of hours of supervisor on site and improve REX / KPIs by deploying and improving digital solutions
- Participate to IP reviews before release of “as designed” / “as installed” baseline Baseline
- Implement installation procedure in the digital platform solution priori to installation
- On site support during FoC / beginning of series (Norway / Sweden / DK) / data collection for procedure / Industrialisation improvement
- Analyse punch list Item and identify installation procedure / industrialization improvements
- Raise MR for method statement update / Follow up MR process up to implementation of the change
- Implement method improvement in digital tool / versioning Jobcards and link updates with MR
- Prepare Simograme with the supervisors (Series) / Improve Simograme with REX from previous trains / method and indus updates
- Support PIE for EBOM to MBOM process
- Negotiate with PIE industrialization of the installation parts
- Participate to ICCB meeting and defend installation interest
- Improve and finalize field op connect design and deployment (simograme implementation) and automate KPIs collection / reduce supervisor number of hours to generate daily Report + KPIs
- Support punch list digitalization and implement quality KPIs
- Write intervention reports for retrofits and provide PrFOM expected hours to perform retrofit
Continuous improvement:
- Continuously improving installation performance within the Project.
- Contributing to the identification of best practices and REX across the product line.
- Participation in the Process Improvement / "Business" Working Group upon request, to propose an update/improvement of the installation and working methods, processes, tools and industrialisation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong experience on railway site management
- Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
- EHS background
- Method and industrialisatio backgroung
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to fulfil the role of interface manager toward both customers and partners
- Quality-focused, rigorous, team-player
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability
Language Requirement:
Excellent in speaking and writing in English.
Job Location
The job is based in Copenhagen, it will be needed to travel in Norway / Sweden to ensure improvements in all projects
