Your role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our Lab Water Solutions business, providing top-notch service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include expertly installing and commissioning lab water purification systems at various client sites to ensure optimal performance from day one. You’ll perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly, diagnose and repair issues swiftly, and validate equipment for compliance with industry standards. Providing exceptional customer support and training will empower clients to maximize their systems. This dynamic role involves travel within Norway and occasional trips to other Nordic countries, offering new challenges daily. You'll also manage work orders and service documentation in our CRM system, Service Max, and oversee spare part management.
Who you are:
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications.
- Strong technical background in field service, especially with lab equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Customer-focused with great communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexible to travel outside Oslo and work in remote areas of Norway.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Lead generator, identifying opportunities for new hardware, consumables, and service contracts using our CRM tool.
- Digital mindset, eager to join our Field Service Digital Transformation journey.
- Valid driver’s license and fluent in both Norwegian and English.
