The position
As an Environmental Monitoring Professional, you will work in close cooperation with a broad stakeholder landscape within our division, e.g., our Sampling teams, our support teams, and our Facility and Validation team.

This position provides you with the chance of driving change within an established and essential part of the Novo Nordisk supply chain. Your responsibilities will be split between daily operations and improvement projects each with the goal of increasing our current capacity.

Your primary tasks include:

• Performing performance verification for classified areas, along with writing procedures, handling risk assessments, and rationales
• Preparing and maintaining cleaning plans for the sampling facilities
• Support training activities within environmental monitoring and in the cleanroom areas
• Driving the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of EM equipment, as well as supporting routine environmental monitoring
• Handling change requests and deviations and writing trend and yearly reports
• Reviewing logbooks and performing process confirmation

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

• Hold a relevant academic degree in natural science or engineering, or a relevant laboratory, technical, or production background with extensive experience
• Bring practical experience working in a GMP regulated area and/or cleanroom
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Showcase full professional proficiency in both Danish and English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you already have experience within Environmental Monitoring.

While you enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others, you are driven by achieving great results with colleagues. Additionally, you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, which allows you to interact effectively with stakeholders across various functions and parts of the organization.

About the department
25N, Sourcing Warehousing Hillerød, from where we supply all Novo Nordisk production sites, both internal and external, with all raw materials required to produce life-changing medicine, while we monitor that all handling and every process is in strict accordance with all relevant regulations and practices.
