People Operations Specialist (Maternity cover)

Join us in this role where you’ll porting the people and payroll processes for our Polish employees.

You’ll be a part of GPS, Continental Europe & UK where you, together with your colleagues, will be preparing and maintaining HR information and payroll inputs.
As a team, we are dedicated group of 11 professionals who value trust and practical solutions.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation in accordance with Polish regulations
- Administering employee benefits such as the pension plan, insurance plan, medical plan, etc.
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and people leaders in Poland
- Administering Health & Safety matters related to HR, including medical check-ups, training, etc.
- Ensuring the proper payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have relevant experience in People Operations area, with comprehensive knowledge of Polish labour regulations (including but not limited to working hours and overtime), fundamental payroll principles, employer obligations and rights, and GDPR regulations
- Have knowledge of SAP and Success Factors will be considered an advantage
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders within and outside the company (fluency in English)
- Have excellent time management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
- Have strong focus on process improvement, a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
