Play a vital role in supporting various markets globally to further strengthen a successful and market leading pharmaceutical asset.
Ensure timely market access globally and support local market adaption
Reporting directly to the Head of Global Market Access, you will hold a highly strategic and operational role, responsible for executing a comprehensive global market access strategy for a successful, market-leading pharmaceutical asset. While ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives and cross-functional goals, you will take a proactive approach, driving innovation and the further development of key market access deliverables and tools. These include health economic models, publications, budget impact tools, training, and value communication materials.

You will also play a direct role in supporting their implementation across different markets by engaging with affiliates and partner markets. In this capacity, the role involves leading and guiding target markets through reimbursement submissions and decisions, from the national level to the hospital level. You will collaborate across Commercial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D, fostering alignment across various projects.

Experienced global market access professional
For this role, you are expected to hold an academic background in health sciences (market access, health economics, pharmacy, or similar) as well as solid experience from the pharma or biotech industry within market access. Furthermore, you possess a deep understanding of health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory processes in international markets. Additionally, you have a natural ability to build relationships and create networks with health care decision makers (HTA Bodies, KOLs, scientific societies, etc.). Finally, you are fluent in English.

Personally, you are a strong and proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence, take initiative, create impact in important decision-making processes, and foster strong cross-functional teamwork in order to achieve business goals. Furthermore, analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking, and implementing operational plans are all elements that you master. Besides, you are characterized by being adaptable and efficient, which enables you to prioritize work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
