The Position
As a Wash & Sterilisation Professional supporting our cleaning and sterilisation processes in our Isolator Filling department, you will be part of our skilled support team working with all processes needed for aseptic production. You will be providing daily support to the production ensuring that our cleaning and sterilisation processes across the department are in control.

The team works closely together with other teams in the department, where the working environment is dynamic, community-based and informal in a busy everyday life.

The main tasks will be to:
• Support the operators in the production when needed. Challenges with our processes may arise, and together we learn and solve problems while ensuring product quality.
• Write documentation to ensure product quality, including deviations, changes, periodic trending, and instructions.
• Provide continuous optimization of processes, including validation, training, and updating of procedures.
• Implement new requirements and improvements to our processes.

Working days are usually a good mixture of these tasks, where we spend time at our office desks, participating in meetings, and being on shopfloor in the production.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology or other natural sciences.
• Experience from working in a GMP regulated environment, which is considered a plus.
• A strong quality and compliance mindset.
• Curiosity about processes and willingness to learn.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English.

On a personal level, you are sociable and positive by nature with a persistent can-do approach. You are proactive, solution-oriented and find joy in sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Working systematically and being committed to both work and colleagues, while successfully handling a demanding workload are the key to being successful in this role. About the Department
Our aseptic filling department is part of the Product Supply (PS) Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. We are approximately 130 colleagues in the department, where we operate an isolator filling facility with all the supporting processes required for that.

The position is as a Wash & Sterilisation Professional for the running isolator filling line where we fill our products in vials. Production includes processes as sterilisation, cleaning, environmental monitoring, formulation, filling, and freeze drying and is characterized by complex processes.
