We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst to join our Finance & Operations Product Team. As a key member of the IT Product team, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, refining and documenting business processes and requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient solutions, to realize the full potential of our organization and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining a team consisting of 9 colleagues. You will report to Lene Rhein Larsen, People Leader in Global IT, and work closely with Mikkel Lund, Product Owner, on the functional side.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop mastery of functionality within Dynamics 365 and Independent Software Vendor module functionality to understand the technical possibilities.
• Collect and qualify business requirements to ensure that the business need is fully understood
• Challenge stakeholders to mitigate risk, minimize exceptions and ensure simplicity, maturity and robustness – with the objective to keep customizations at a minimum.
• Improve benefit realization of IT investments by maximizing awareness of tools, tips and tricks.
• Provide insights to exceptions and quality concerns and identify problems, trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
You may hold a relevant IT academic degree or something completely different. You have a financial background, either directly within Supply Chain Management – or from IT or Quality Assurance

Most importantly you can analyze and visualize business needs and help deliver the solutions to those needs.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience With Supply Chain Management in a technology-driven environment.
• A structured and pragmatic approach to Governance, Risk Management, and new technology.
• Great stakeholder competences and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning applications
