Some of the responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Ensure compliance with laws and agreements regarding sickness absence follow-up and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate and support base management in proactively reducing sick leave and facilitating quicker return-to-work processes for crew members.
- Analyzing & spotting trends, andsuggestingt relevant actions based on those findings
- Maintain a close dialogue with the occupational health service and other partners regarding sickness absence.
- Act as a liaison between managers, employees, and external health services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent background/competence
- Knowledge of systematic approaches in working with leadership training, people management, continuous improvement, and (preferably) acquainted with procedures for managing sickness absence.
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer/system skills, administrative competence, and the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives in a data-driven way.
