About the Team:
Based at our US Production site in Shakopee, you will be part of our Unified Endpoint Management Team, which has a global footprint that spans across all regions, with a significant presence in the EMEA region. Our team is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of endpoint services to our global end-users, including management of Windows clients, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, Office Print services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix. Additionally, we oversee production services such as label printers and handheld scanners, ensuring seamless operations across our diverse user base.

As a member of this global team, you will report directly to Kent Frantzen, the Unified Endpoint Management Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement standards for label printers, handheld scanners, and IoT devices.
• Serve as a 3rd-level advisor and escalation point for support teams.
• Drive new processes and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with IT architects to enhance IT production services.
• Manage 3rd-level support tickets and conduct advanced troubleshooting.
• Train support staff and coordinate deployments across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to improve IT services.
• Manage endpoints and applications in Intune, SOTI and SCCM.
• Perform IT assessments at production sites globally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as an IT Specialist; Specialized in endpoint management if you are familiarity with label printers and handheld scanners that will be a plus.
• Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Occasional travel for stakeholder engagement.

Fluent Written and Spoken English Skills:
As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 countries, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication across the company.

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $80,000 to $120,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
