At Actona Group, we want to develop our own future stars, which is why we are looking for apprentices in purchasing or sales to start on September 1, 2025.

You will be part of a team where you will take part in the daily tasks on an equal footing with your colleagues. You will be challenged and given responsibility, but we will also make sure that your backpack is filled with knowledge and competences so that you can take on the tasks that will develop you professionally and personally. As an applicant for an apprentice program at Actona Group, you must have a relevant education. As you will have a broad interface, we expect you to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
Customized program with focus on development
As a new apprentice at Actona Group, you will work in either the Sales Department or the Purchasing Department - but regardless, it's important to get off to a good start, which is why you will be assigned to a team from the beginning, which is who you will work most closely with. You'll be part of an international environment where dedicated colleagues pursue our shared vision of being the most value-adding furniture partner in the world every day. Your manager will focus on your development, and your performance will be continuously evaluated - both individually and together with your team.
Your interests create the path
Your tasks will depend on which department you join. You will be based in Sales or Purchasing, which is why we want to hear about your interests and what you want to work with - now and in the future.
A 2-year apprentice program at Actona Group is divided into different modules. Each module includes exchanges that take you around different departments to ensure the best possible business understanding. The program also includes learning sessions that develop you both professionally and personally within different topics such as change management, presentation skills, conflict management and more. We focus on your development and learning, which is why we work with bi-annual module plans that are completed with a review.
Alongside your work at Actona Group, you will undergo a theoretical education for a total of eight weeks. During the program, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills in sales or purchasing.
