Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Moonboon is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our office in Copenhagen. This full-time role combines both B2B sales coordination and B2C customer service tasks, and you will become a key part of our dynamic, fast-growing team. We are a creative and ambitious company creating premium, organic baby products, and we are seeking a structured, service-oriented, and passionate person who wants to make a difference both internally and externally.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will have a versatile role covering both B2B sales support and B2C customer service tasks. You will be in contact with our B2B and B2C customers across all the countries we operate in.
PRIMARY TASKS: B2B/SALES COORDINATION
- Fulfillment and order processing: Coordinating orders from receipt to delivery and optimizing processes.
- Customer service: Daily communication with customers regarding orders and deliveries, as well as resolving inquiries.
- Claims handling: Managing complaints and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication and coordination: Collaborating with sales and internal departments to ensure smooth processes, as well as maintaining the showroom.
- Data management: Updating customer and order data, and reporting key metrics.
SECONDARY TASKS: B2C/CUSTOMER SERVICE (approx. 2 hours a day)
- Managing returns and complaints, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
- Responding to B2C customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborating with our logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Experience with both B2B sales coordination, customer service, and fulfillment.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English – German, Norwegian, or Dutch is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Personal or professional experience with young children is a plus, but not a requirement.
