The ‘Large Corporates and Institutions’ (LC&I) business unit has Danske Bank’s largest and most sophisticated customers across the Nordics - and has a solid foundation of long-lasting customer relationships, a comprehensive range of product offerings, and high customer satisfaction. Since June 2023, we have embarked on an exciting journey with our new Forward ’28 strategy, aiming to become the leading wholesale bank in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:
The Markets Post Trade Services Tribe is essential for Danske Bank being able to provide our large corporates and institutions with trade services to support their life-cycle management of financial markets transactions. You will work together with expert colleagues in a global team characterised by an inclusive and caring culture.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Master’s degree in business or finance: A solid foundation in these fields to support strategic decision-making
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A systematic approach to addressing issues and developing clear, efficient solutions
• Requirements Gathering: Willingness to learn how to document basic business and technical requirements effectively
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail when documenting and analysing information
• Curiosity and Adjusting to New Situations: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment
• Communication Skills: Skilled verbal and written communication abilities for interaction with team members
• Team Collaboration: Enthusiasm for working within diverse teams and contributing to group success
• Basic Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile concepts and openness to learning more about agile ways of working (tribe)
• Proficient English Language Skills: Full proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential as we work in global teams
