Do you have a passion for quality, innovation, and design?
As BOLIA’s Quality Manager, will you be at the heart of ensuring our beautiful, handcrafted designs meet the highest standards, every time. You will work closely with our talented Product Managers and suppliers, refining and optimizing product quality, securing alignment with necessary product compliance and you are no stranger to terms like BSCI, EUDR, and FSC.

Your role goes beyond quality and product compliance, you will drive smarter, more sustainable packaging solutions, oversee quality control at every stage, and fine-tune compliance processes to elevate the customer experience. Through our Supplier Guideline and regular supplier meetings, you’ll build strong collaborations and ensure that every BOLIA design reflects our dedication to craftsmanship, durability, and sustainability.

You’ll report to the Range & Design Director and work closely with Product Managers, the Sustainability Manager, and the Customer Care team to deliver high-quality, innovative products.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensuring product quality and compliance across all BOLIA markets
• Supporting product development initiatives to strengthen our products
• Securing compliance alignment across all product areas
• Conducting relevant product testing to maintain high standards
• Optimizing packaging to minimize claims and meet environmental requirements
• Overseeing and improving complaint procedures and product quality controls
• Ensuring manufacturers adhere to BOLIA’s Supplier Guideline
• Updating the Supplier Guideline to align with new strategies, goals, and legislation
• Participating in relevant projects with BOLIA and external manufacturers
• Managing sustainability initiatives like BSCI and FSC throughout the supply chain

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to work smart and is proactive in optimizing processes and daily tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with making decisive actions
• Exhibits strong communication skills, capable of reporting, presenting, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Embraces technology, effectively leveraging IT solutions and AI, with a solid understanding of tech developments within Quality and Compliance
• Is prepared for occasional travel days as part of the role
