GlobalConnect is undergoing a significant IT transformation, transitioning from legacy systems to innovative technologies, and moving from manual processes to smart automation. As part of this journey, we have chosen the SailPoint platform to automate access authorizations and identity management, aiming for a more efficient and security-focused approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

In this role, you will serve as the system owner for SailPoint, contributing significantly to the implementation project, establishing rules for roles, and automating access management. This large-scale project will initially encompass around 115 systems, expanding later to cover the entire system landscape. We are making substantial investments in this project, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated, and you will directly witness the impact of your contributions on the organization.

You will be a part of a team consisting of 6 other members focusing on IAM and collaboration. The team purpose is to “Empowering GlobalConnect to securely manage identities, access and collaboration across the digital workplace, driving operational efficiency and safeguarding assets in a rapidly evolving landscape.”

To perform well in this role, you should have:

• Experience with Access Management, Entra ID, Directory Services (e.g., LDAP), and Identity Provisioning.
• Knowledge of API integrations, scripting languages, and identity automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based directory services, such as Azure AD.
• Experience with JSON, Microsoft PowerShell.
• Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for authenticated applications and resources.

Prior experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management), PAM (Privileged Access Management), or IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) is beneficial for this role.

Since GlobalConnect is integral to the digital infrastructure throughout the Nordics, the applicant selected will need to complete background security clearance.
