Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review customer requests from LSO Sales, DK Sales Team, and direct customers.
  • Define quote types and trigger the proposal workflow within the organization.
  • Serve as the contact person for LSO Sales and DK Sales team regarding quote status and alignment.
  • Actively monitor the progress of proposals across departments, ensuring on-time delivery and content requirements are met.
  • Liaise with quality, planning, procurement, welding, and production departments to provide operational expertise for proposal management.
  • Compile and finalize proposals for internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with defined guidelines.
  • Support process and structural improvement initiatives related to proposal management.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., machinist, engineer, project foreman etc.) with relevant experience.
  • Experience in workflow and task management, as well as interaction with sales and operations.
  • Knowledge of production and planning processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of Metal Expansion Joint products is an advantage.
  • Initial professional experience in sales and knowledge of sales structures is an advantage.
