Business Analyst

Welcome to Digital Procurement.
You’ll be part of the Digital Procurement team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with the Product Owner and end-users. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our procurement digital tools and ensuring they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.
You’ll play an important role in:
- collaborating with the Product Owner to define and prioritise product features and requirements
- gathering and documenting user requirements, creating user stories, and acceptance criteria
- translating procurement needs into features and assist in maintaining the product backlog
- developing and maintaining operational procedures and documentation. Provide training and support to end-users
- supporting change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and integrating of new processes and systems
- preparation of test plans, testing coordination and quality assurance.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- have relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably in the procurement domain
- demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- are proficient in English language skills, both verbal and written
- understand procurement processes and systems
- having experience with Agile methodologies will be a plus.
